After your cryotherapy treatment, you may notice that your skin is red and swollen. This is normal and will go away within a couple of hours. To make sure your recovery is as smooth as possible, here are a few things you should keep in mind:

  1. Don’t try to remove the blister yourself because this could lead to infection.

  2. Wait for the scab to fall off by itself within 1-2 weeks.

  3. Allow skin to heal completely within 2-3 weeks.

  4. Avoid rubbing or massaging the area, as this may cause bruising or irritation.
